Our flagship Virtual Production stage, VP 1 is the most advanced in the world. Featuring a NantStudios certified Dynamic Volume system, nine easily configurable walls, and five motorised ceiling pods, it delivers unparalleled adaptability. Designed with six distinct configurations, the stage seamlessly accommodates a wide range of production demands and set builds, ensuring a precision-tailored experience. Productions can dynamically reshape the space in a fraction of the time it would take other stages, maximising creative flexibility and operational efficiency at any scale.

VP2 is a state-of-the-art Virtual Production stage, ideal for car processing work and moderate-scale virtual productions. A nimble stage with full tracking and remote operation capability. It features a curved LED wall with a ROE 2.2 pixel pitch, and an LED ceiling.

The CoSTAR Screen Lab, led by Ulster University and based at Studio Ulster, is part of UKRI’s CoSTAR programme, supported by £75.6 million of AHRC funding and £63 million of new industry investment, which will form the largest virtual production research and development network in Europe, with four other facilities across the country. Ulster University is one of five CoSTAR network labs bringing together world leaders across academia and industry. VP3 is also available for commercial use and is built from the same pixel pitch as our other stages for transferable visuals. As our only stage with an LED Ceiling and LED floor, it is part of a unified workflow perfect for costume tests, pickups, and promo shoots.
