Professor Declan Keeney, PhD, FRSA,SFHEA, is Co-Founder & CEO of Studio Ulster. Declan is a global leader in real-time screen technologies and holds a Chair in Screen Technologies & Innovation at Ulster University. He is Director of the CoSTAR Screen Lab, overseeing £12m in R&D investment. A board member of the British Film Institute and Northern Ireland Governor, he has secured over £91.5m in R&D&I investment funding, co-leads several major UKRI-funded national initiatives in virtual production, and founded the Ulster Screen Academy—home to the UK and Ireland’s first university-based VP studio.

Claire is the Chief Financial Officer of Studio Ulster, leading the company's financial strategy and providing commercial insight to support sustainable growth. She oversees all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, governance, and strategic financial planning. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Claire brings over 25 years of senior financial leadership experience, with a strong background in the commercial property, retail, hotel, and leisure sectors.

Eranka is the Executive Producer and Head of Virtual Production at Studio Ulster, leading Virtual Production strategy and delivery across the studio's LED volumes and Motion Capture stage, integrating emerging technologies into real-time production workflows. With more than two decades of experience in Virtual Production, Visual Effects, Animation and Live Action, Eranka was most recently Head of Production (VP) at Eyeline Studios, Powered by Netflix. She managed more than 65 virtual production shoots in London and Los Angeles, including Wednesday, Squid Game, Senna, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and The Flash. Earlier, at Industrial Light & Magic, her credits included Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Avengers: Infinity War, No Time to Die and The Batman. Eranka is a member of the Visual Effects Society (VES).

Alyssa is the Head of Commercial Operations at Studio Ulster. Managing Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing for the studio, Alyssa specialises in bringing technical sales and content development expertise to pioneering media projects. Prior to joining the team in Belfast, she had been leading commercial teams at innovative media startups across the US, Ireland & the UK for 12 years including WPP (AKQA Leap), News Corp (Storyful, Unruly), having started in Production Management at Paramount Global (Vh1).

Enda is the head of studio operations at Studio Ulster, overseeing virtual production operations, health and safety and building management. Enda previously worked at Pinewood Studio in London. He is a member of the IFTA and is committed to continual professional development, having been certified as a Bafta Albert Sustainability Champion.
